ARB Midstream LLC Names Larry Stockton Vice President of Engineering and Operations
ARB Midstream, LLC announced today that it has hired Larry Stockton in the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations. In this role, Mr. Stockton will be responsible for project management and terminal operations at the Niobrara Connector terminal and future ARB Midstream terminals.
“Larry brings considerable experience in project management and the development and operations of rail terminals and we are very fortunate to be able to add him to the ARB Midstream team,” said ARB Midstream CEO Adam Bedard. “We look forward to Larry’s contributions in delivering the NiCon project to market as well as being a valuable member of the management team as we continue to build our best in class network of terminals and midstream assets. Larry’s expertise in project management and his knowledge of the operations of rail terminals will be a key component in making that happen.”
Before joining ARB Midstream, Mr. Stockton was the Rail Program Manager at HDR Engineering, Inc. in Denver, where he managed the engineering and construction of multiple crude to rail loading facilities. Before that he was part of the founding management team of Railroad Specialties, Inc., a rail terminal construction and engineering company. He started his rail career with BNSF Railway working in their Maintenance of Way and Operations group. Mr. Stockton received his Civil Engineering degree from Metropolitan State University Denver.
