The Senior Accountant, Corporate is a key member of the accounting group focusing on the accounting for the corporate entities, accounts payable and payment management, external audit liaison, and other corporate entity support (i.e.Federal & State registrations, expense reports, information requests etc). The position will be responsible for the daily accounting transactions for all corporate entities including intercompany, payroll, and overhead allocations. The position will manage the shared services Accounts Payable department and act as the liaison to the external audit team and work closely with the Finance and operations groups on cash forecasting and planning. This position will also perform a broad range of support functions for the entire Company including but not limited to supporting the filing Federal and State registrations, tax compliance, and 1099’s.
The Asset Integrity Engineer will specialize in pipeline and asset integrity for Company facilities. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the pipeline and asset integrity program including the ILI program, the risk management program, the tank inspection program, and the seam weld management program. The position is further responsible for providing integrity engineering expertise to Company management, operations, and maintenance groups.
The Financial Analyst is an essential part of the Finance/Accounting department and will perform forecasting, planning and financial analysis to support a multi-entity organization. They will assist in the planning, design, and implementation of financial models; budgeting and forecasting (including cash flow); long term strategic support; operational cost analyses; and recommending strategies for improvement. The Financial Analyst will also perform ad hoc analysis and due diligence support as needed. The role will require excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and budget managers across the organization to update earnings forecasts and draft presentations for internal and external customers.
