This senior level position will be working closely with the CEO, the CFO, and the Board of ARB Midstream and will manage the Business Development activities for the company. The primary focus of this position is midstream gathering across ARB’s portfolio including the company’s assets in Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas as well as other regions. Manager, Business Development - Denver, CO

This position oversees the business development activities for the Colorado/DJ Basin region of the Company’s existing assets as well as Platteville storage tank and pipeline connectivity and agreements. Works closely with the asset team in the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of commercial opportunities. Supports in the planning and preparation of business proposals and makes recommendations to senior management. The position manages on-going customer relationships and provides day-to-day customer interface. The Manager, Business Development position plays a key role in the development and execution of ARB Midstream’s overall strategy and growth initiatives as they relate to the crude oil gathering business unit.

Accounts Payable Specialist - Denver, CO

Organizes, tracks, and processes accounts payable invoices for a crude oil gathering system including operating expenses, capital expenditure projects, and back office. Interacts with operations and management while facilitating invoice review routing and approval process. Maintains accurate and up to date open invoice listing and assists with forecasting cash needs. Cross trains with and serves as back up for other Accounts Payable staff.

Project Controls Admin - Denver, CO

Performs a variety of select cost control tasks, primarily related to new construction projects and large-scale maintenance projects. Assists in the routine preparation/interpretation of project cost reports, spend and forecast.  Assists in tracking project progress.  Exercises some judgment in utilizing established procedures to complete most tasks. Proactively work with project staff & stakeholders to maintain up to date project tracking and forecasting information.
