Director, Business Development - Denver, CO

Job Summary:

This senior level position will be working closely with the CEO, the CFO, and the Board of ARB Midstream and will manage the Business Development activities for the company. The primary focus of this position is midstream gathering across ARB’s portfolio including the company’s assets in Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas as well as other regions. Additionally, the position will be responsible for the analysis of new business opportunities through market research and developing marketing initiatives.

Director Pipeline Operations - Denver, CO

Job Summary:

Reporting to the SVP of Gathering and Transportation, the Director of Pipeline Operations will be responsible for management of ARB Midstream’s fast growing crude oil gathering, storage, and blending assets located in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas and serving key growth regions in the inland corridor of the US. In a short three years, ARB has grown crude oil throughput from 2,000 b/d to over 100,000 b/d. The Director of Pipeline Operations will oversee the development, tracking, and management of O&M budgets for the Gathering and Transportation Business Unit. This role is also responsible for guiding toward achieving the annual O&M budget, developing key operating strategies, and leading the ARB Gathering and Transportation operations teams to meet or exceed key operation operational metrics and goals (i.e. safety, productivity and project completion). The Director of Pipeline Operations will work closely with the other functional leaders across the business, including the executive team.

Senior Land Representative - Denver, CO

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for planning, controlling and directing real estate activities such as site location and acquisition, right-of-way negotiation, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, property management, and maintenance of properties to support oil & Gas site development. Activities include researching private and public records, determining ownership, mineral leases, etc. and analyzing and interpreting legal documents.

Organizes, tracks, and processes accounts payable invoices for a crude oil gathering system including operating expenses, capital expenditure projects, and back office. Interacts with operations and management while facilitating invoice review routing and approval process.
